These are the foods that you should be eating if you just found out you have gastritis. So I had gastritis last year in July 2024 and I held my gastritis within a three-month time frame by eating low acidic whole foods. That means eating foods with a pH of five or higher and foods that aren't pre-packaged and have only one single ingredient. The meats that you should be having are going to be lean meats. So that includes chicken, turkey, that could be ground chicken, ground turkey, chicken breast, chicken tenders. You can also do fish, so cod, tilapia, sardines and water, tuna. You can actually do scallops, lobster, all of these are lean meats. Even salmon, some cuts of salmon are actually really good for gastritis because you need to make sure that you're also getting your omega-3 fatty acids or healthy fats. And then for fruits, you want to make sure you're eating low acidic fruits. So some low acidic fruits are going to be papaya and papaya is actually one of the best fruits you could have if you have gastritis because it naturally has digestive enzymes that can help break down protein. And you also can have banana, honey, dumellin, canelope, watermelon, have dragon fruit, avocado, and yes avocado is a fruit. And then for vegetables, most vegetables are actually low acidic, but some of my favorite gastritis friendly vegetables are going to be zucchini, squash, carrots, butternut squash, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, even potatoes, like regular white potatoes and sweet potatoes, pumpkin. Those are all gastritis friendly. That seems like too much to remember. I actually made a free gastritis friendly cheat sheet that has all the foods that you should eat and avoid. It's in the link in my bio and you can download it for free. That way you can have something to look back on all the time.

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults

Does anyone else deal with this? Instead of a burning chest pain feeling, it’s more of a throbbing, sharp, prickly feeling? #esophagealhypersensitivity #chestpain #acidreflux #gerd #esophagus
