Here's five tips to help you poop every morning and know not one of them is to eat more fiber. First tip would be to drink six to 18 ounces of warm water in the morning right when you wake up. Now, only does this help hydrate you, but it can stimulate your gastrocalic reflex. Now, this reflex activates your colon in response to eating or drinking. And so if you consume large amounts of water in the morning, again, right when you wake up, this can help trigger that reflex. And the second tip would be to eat breakfast 30 minutes to one hour after waking up. Eating breakfast and relaxing shortly after, at the same time, every single day will help activate your gastrocalic reflex and stimulate colon contractions and help you have the urge to go. Our digestive system is regulated by our circadian rhythm. And so whenever you start to eat and drink and use the bathroom regularly, at the same time, every single day, our body starts to prepare for them and get used to them. The third tip would be to give yourself an extra 30 minutes to one hour to get ready in the morning before work. If you're one of those people that immediately wake up in the morning and they're rushing to get ready to work, they don't have time to eat breakfast, slow down, relax. Then you're probably also one of those people that doesn't use the restroom every day. And it's because if we're always in this stressed go-go-go state, we're not giving our body that time in the morning to relax and let our digestive system work and do its thing and have the urge to go use the bathroom. That leads me to the fourth tip, which would be to move slowly and really enjoy your morning. Again, if you are relaxed, walking, not rushing, trying to do all these things before you head out the door, that gives your body time to relax and have the urge to go. The fifth tip would be to do breath work in the morning. After you're done drinking your warm water, after you're done eating and getting ready for work, sit down in the corner of a room, and this can just be five to ten minutes of breath work. You can look up a video on YouTube for breath work in the morning, breath work for stress, breath work for anxiety, or just breath work to help you relax and watch that video close your eyes if you have to and really slow down your breathing. Focus all your attention on your breath and relaxing all your muscles in your body. This truly would probably be my favorite tip, but this truly helps relax your whole body, your muscles and everything, and again, that will help you have the urge to use the restroom. I promise this really works once I started implementing this tip specifically. I notice it helped me use the restroom every morning. After I started doing this breath work consistently, I almost always had the urge to poop during the breath work meditation or after. So I know this really helps relax your body and give you the urge to poop. So try to implement this same routine every single morning, every single day, so that it trains your body and that you get used to it. This regular timing can help train your body to poop every morning.

Here’s 3 things I would NOT do if I just found out I had gastritis and trying to heal. #gastritistips #gastritis #howtohealgastritis #tipsforgastritis #healgastritisnaturally

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults
