Let's talk about how I healed my gastritis. So, I thought I would share my story again because I now have 50k followers. So, that's a lot of new people here on my channel. So, last year in 2024, on Memorial Day, I actually got bit by a venomous snake, a copperhead snake, and I had to go to the ICU for two nights. They gave me antivenom. And, essentially, I was just a very nervous wreck. I was anxious the whole time. I was so stressed. It was the most scary experience I've ever been through because I literally was thinking I was going to die. I just put so much stress on my body. And so, about a week and a half to two weeks after that whole incident, I actually started getting chest pain. The chest pain would come and go, and then there was one specific day that it just got so bad. And, I was like, "Okay, this is not normal." And so, I ended up going to the ER. I did a whole bunch of tests and scans. Everything came back normal. So, they just sent me home three days after that. That the chest pain got really bad again. So, I went back to the ER because I'm like, "Something's going on." And so, they asked me what I ate. And I told them I had a bowl of tomato soup and salmon and a salad, I think. And so, they gave me something to swallow that would numb my esophagus. And the chest pain went away, then that means it was most likely my esophagus, not like my harder lung. So, I took the solution, and then the pain did go away. And they told me that it was probably acid reflux. And I've never experienced acid reflux my whole life. And so, you know, I didn't know that's what it was.

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults

Does anyone else deal with this? Instead of a burning chest pain feeling, it’s more of a throbbing, sharp, prickly feeling? #esophagealhypersensitivity #chestpain #acidreflux #gerd #esophagus
