How my GASTRITIS HEALED so QUICKLY Everyone’s journey to healing their gastritis will not be the same. This can depend on a number of factors and one main one is how long it took you to start changing your diet and lifestyle once you found out you had gastritis. If you started changing your diet to low acidic foods sooner compared to putting it off for so long, you have a higher chance of healing sooner compared to those that kept putting it off for so long. #gastritis #gastritisdiet #howtohealgastritis #guthealingjourney

I think this is the number one reason my gastritis healed so quickly and it was because once I found out I had gastritis, I immediately started changing my diet, eating the right food. I didn't procrastinate, I milk prep all my foods, I did everything that I should have been doing right away so that I could heal as soon as I could. If you just found out you had gastritis and you're not taking action quickly and you're just continuing to eat the same foods that are highly acidic, that are high in fat, not healthy junk food, caffeine, coffee, alcohol, when you know you should be healing, so that's going to make your healing journey take a lot longer compared to somebody that once they found out they immediately started changing their diet. If you know you've had gastritis for at least a year or two and you're just now trying to heal your gut because you took a lot longer to start working on healing your body, it's probably going to take your gastritis a lot longer to heal compared to somebody that immediately started healing their gut once they found out they had gastritis. And I don't want this video to discourage you in any way because you can still heal and you can still heal and you should be so proud of yourself or even taking those steps to heal. I just want to put this video out for those that just found out they had gastritis but they keep putting off eating a clean, low acidic diet. Oh, I'll do it tomorrow, oh, I'll do it next week, oh, I'll do it so and so. When you should be doing it now so that you can heal sooner. I know for a fact that was one of the main reasons why I healed so quickly.

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults

Does anyone else deal with this? Instead of a burning chest pain feeling, it’s more of a throbbing, sharp, prickly feeling? #esophagealhypersensitivity #chestpain #acidreflux #gerd #esophagus
