Don't know what to season your food with if you have gastritis. Here's a list of all the seasons that I use so that my meals Can be just as tasty and will help me stay consistent with eating my diet It's obviously going to be hard if our food doesn't have a lot of flavor So you can use fresh or dried herbs like cilantro, thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, basil, Italian seasoning and then you can also use seasoning called cumin and it's just like a warm spice you would use in chili or something. It's also used in a lot of like Mexican or Indian dishes So I really love cumin and then you can also use sumac sumac is going to give your meals like a more lemon zesty kind of flavor You can also use that on like fish, Mediterranean dishes Really any meats and you can also use lemon zest not the lemon juice but lemon zest to also give your meals That zesty tangy flavor and you can also do tumerig you can do cinnamon I also really love nutritional yeast basically gives your food like a slight cheesy flavor But it's dairy free add it to like eggs, sauces, potatoes, really anything It also has B12 added to it has fiber protein I believe it's a really good seasoning to have in your pantry and then obviously to make some of your food more sweet You can have maple syrup instead of white sugar and all these other process sugars use maple syrup My probably most used favorite seasoning is coconut aminos a lot of people don't know what coconut aminos is is basically Like soy sauce, but it's a little more sweeter and adds a really good depth of flavor to your meals So I love to add it to my ground meats I even like marinade my salmon my fish in it. It just adds so much flavor So definitely get you some coconut aminos another way to season your food is using sesame oil Now obviously you don't want to use a lot of sesame oil because it's it's a it's a fat It's even a little bit like half a teaspoon to cooking your meat It adds again so much umami and depth of flavor So I love sesame oil and foods that can also give your meals a lot of flavor Is mushrooms celery leaks. These are some foods that people forget that you can just add to your meal and You know will still give it flavor without having to add like dried seasoning So as you can see our meals don't have to be flavorless or boring We still have a lot of options as you can see so don't forget to save this video so you can have this list to look back on

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults

Does anyone else deal with this? Instead of a burning chest pain feeling, it’s more of a throbbing, sharp, prickly feeling? #esophagealhypersensitivity #chestpain #acidreflux #gerd #esophagus
