Wealthy people tend to own less things. Sounds strange right? Here's the thing, they are much more focused. Relatively, they put more into fewer things. Here's what I've noticed- #Perspective #BusinessGrowth #BusinessMindset #Wealth

wealthy people tend to own less things. This is a fun one from my plumbing days actually being in 10,000 odd homes over a 20, 25 year period. You tend to notice a few things about different people and we worked in housing commission houses all the way through to some being at homes here in Melbourne and there is significant differences as you could imagine. But one of the things that I thought was the most interesting is that if you go into those housing commission homes and people who are very low on the wealth ladder if you want to put it that way is that they tend to own lots and lots of things but of zero or almost no value like just junk like everywhere. The higher up the wealth ladder you go the more focus the people will come in the way that they spend right the way through to being there who I've seen rooms single rooms that just have one piece of artwork in them because that entire room is dedicated to admiring that art. Now you might say okay wealthy people have more money to spend that's true they do but if they buy a lot of things it tends to be very focused so I've seen a few pretty cool car collections and I've also seen actually here's a good one there is a celebrity who lives here in Melbourne who's very well renowned for wearing suits and I used to go to his house quite often to repair things and had an entire room that was dedicated to his suit collection about two to three hundred I would say we're in there and he had it all laid out because suits are made of wool which are natural fibers and they need to rest in between each where so it actually thought through this and set up a system where each of his suits gets to rest for the required time in between each where so they age correctly so it's just super interesting that even though as you go up the wealth ladder people in theory have money they don't often buy more things they often buy things with much more focus which is very big difference between just buying more things of lower value found that's super interesting if you have the focus there it translates in your spending as well as your other habits and maybe one leads to the other who knows it's an interesting thought
