get great service or someone does something extra special for you you should tell them and here's why doing it my service visits today around chocolates and I've got stopped by a parent in one of the hallways at 12's at chocolate squadron and she said that you're one of the owners here and I said well yes I am and internally I was I won't lie I was singing to myself uh oh what's this going to be about but she had glowing things to say about the team what they had been doing how that looked after a family so on and so forth so as an owner who generally only deals with well as all business owners do deals with problems predominantly to get some positive feedback was really really good but I got to share that with the management team at the service who will then in turn share that with their team which means that the team is going to be even more incentivized to help this family going forward by so by this parent this uh mom sharing her great experience is actually going to get an even better experience now from us at chocolates so if you do get a great experience or someone does something extra special for you you should tell them because it will totally get even better after that.
