I spent the last eight months building my fitness page to 95,000 followers and this is the advice that I'd give to somebody who was starting a fitness page today They're going to be three different ways that you are going to post your fitness content I want you to think of like bodybuilding influence or like fitness influencer that shows their physique a lot and Whatever example pops into your mind think about like three people that you really like that post content like that I would pay attention to how they talk about their diet I would pay attention to how they talk about their training I would pay attention to how they talk about the clothes that they wear to the gym and I would pay attention to the way that they talk about their lifestyle Outside of the gym as well, and I would try to recreate that but in a way that was true and authentic for me And then I would take a look at somebody like a higher-up wellness and I would Pay attention to the way that he talks about his life and his view on things and lessons He's learned either from his own experiences or from you know shared experiences that people in his life like lessons That they have imparted into him and I would try to Recreate that as well talk about lessons that you have learned Because of your own experiences or things that people have taught to you and then also talk about the way that you are thinking or Approaching your life right now And then I'm going to treat my horn a little bit here But I would look at the way that I post educational content Relative to a bunch of different goals in the fitness industry and I would post it in such a way that if you were this person's coach How would you figure out your prescription of training to them with you know their sleep their supplements their Training their diet their nutrition everything however you would handle that if they were your client. I really think of a bunch of different goals Common goals in the fitness industry and just give out those prescriptions in long-form video Now I would take one hobby that I have outside of fitness and talk about that from time to time You don't have to try to establish yourself as an expert or as a person of authority But just talk about it. And then I would have another hobby outside of fitness that I would post about that Again, it's not at all related to fitness, but it's like a new hobby something that you're working towards and I would take your audience On that journey with you and I would do all three of those things at the same time and from the very beginning I would make sure that I was practicing Putting out every single format of video so I would post carousels. I would post seven second videos I would post 15 second videos. I would post 30 to 45 second videos I would post videos that were just over a minute long and then I would post really really long-form videos like over 90 seconds over two minutes and I would just rotate each of those three like main pillars of my content through all of those different video lengths And I would experiment with being controversial and I would experiment with using trending sounds And I would do a little bit of trend-hopping when it was appropriate to one of the three main things that I was talking about and that The absolute bare minimum I would ensure that I was posting one video for each of those different lengths that I mentioned Like that would be the absolute least that I did even on my worst day
