Business creators, you guys are dog shit at creating content. So I'm going to give you a week's worth of content plan for you. You are going to post a training tip every single day. Make it in talking head format like this. Identify one problem, get one solution and then give one personal anecdote as to how that solution helped you or you found that solution and then issue a challenge to your viewer. This format is something that you can recreate with all of the things that I'm going to list off to you. Now, you're going to do a nutrition tip, same thing, talking head, same structure that I talked about every single day. You're also going to give a lifestyle tip. Now, the lifestyles tips should still be related to fitness, just not going to be directly related to the training or nutrition. So tell people about how they should park further right when they're going someplace, tell people about how they should sleep more, tell people how they can structure their day or whatever, something that is not overtly related to training or nutrition, but is related to just living a healthy, fit lifestyle. The last thing is a mindset tip. We're also going to post one of these every single day. This can be how to make sure that you stay consistent in the gym, how to make sure that you can maintain your fitness and your nutrition, even when things are difficult. The mindset aspect of the fitness, not just how to do the thing, but how to think about doing the things. We're also going to do one of those a day if I didn't say that already. Now, we're going to do gym demonstration videos three to five times a week. So get in the gym, prop your phone on a tripod or have someone else record you and say, hey, if you want to train this muscle, then do this exercise. And here's a pro tip on how you can make sure that this works how you want it to again, three to five of these per week. Then you're going to do a food demonstration. Now this can be a grocery shop haul. This can be how to weigh your food. This can be how to pick protein sources, how to structure meals, whatever. Just give people a visual so that they can see what it is that you're talking about. We're doing one to three of these per week. Now, you are going to show an aspect of your personal fitness journey. Your training every single day seven, seven posts per week. This could be a workout that you did. This could be a particular lift that you did. This could be cardio that you're working on. Whatever it is related to your current personal journey, every single day, another one. Your current personal journey related to your nutrition every single day, a new food that you're trying, a meal that you really like, something that you really don't like. Whatever it is related to you. And the last thing is one post every single day that has to do with your personal interest or your lifestyle that is not related to fitness.
