 it rewires you. It shrinks the very parts of your brain responsible for learning, memory, creativity, and good decision-making. That means the more you live in anger
 the less access you have to your best thinking. You don’t just feel worse. You function worse. So what do you do? You don’t suppress anger. You don’t fake calm. You redirect it. Because anger is just adrenaline looking for a job. And if you don’t assign it one
 it assigns itself. Usually to destruction. Here’s the move: Interrupt the pattern. Break the loop fast. Clap. Move. Cold water. Change state. Your brain runs on prediction
