Everyone should feel safe in their home country. Sadly, for Black and Brown Americans that is not reality. You know society is f’ed up when ‘driving while black’ is a generally understood police harassment tactic they endure. I know the urge is the stand up and fight to prove all these asshole Americans wrong. But, I have been working with an increasing number of minorities that are instead choosing to protect their peace by just finding somewhere they don’t have to fight. There is a mental, emotional, and physical effort that goes into constantly fighting. You do not have to carry that burden. There are countries which allow you to live and exist without needing to constantly beg to be treated fairly. Humanity should be a given, not a long term potential outcome of political activism. These 43 countries will allow you to use remote income to qualify for residency. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Raising black and brown kids in the United States is statistically harder than raising white kids. Existing while being black is more dangerous in every measurable way. The entire black voting block is told the “right” way to fight is at the ballot box. Only that hasn’t worked. Rights they already theoretically (but often not in practice) had are continuing to be stripped away. It’s tone deaf to tell them to be patient for decades just to get back to where they were at the beginning of this regime. Instead, I want black and brown families to understand where they can go for safety. Other countries do not make the color of your skin a political issue. If you are earning passive income there are 24 countries ranked higher in safety for racial minorities. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

You can't get back the years you already spent in America. But you can stop spending the years you have left. That's what the sunk cost fallacy does. It tricks you into making future decisions based on past investments that are already gone. "I already bought a house here." "I already built my career here." "I already put roots down here." All of those things are past tense. They're done. The only question that matters is: what do you do next? Do you stay because you've already invested 20 years? Or do you leave because you don't want to invest 20 more in the same broken system? The house can be sold or rented. The career can be rebuilt or pivoted. The community can be visited or released. None of those things are permanent anchors unless you decide they are. Every day you stay because of what you've already put in is a day you're choosing the past over the future. And your kids don't get those days back. Neither do you. Link in bio if you're ready to make decisions based on where you're going, not where you've been. 🆘🇺🇸

When Trump restricts immigration from 75 countries, Americans inside the US think: "This doesn't affect me." Americans abroad or planning to leave think: "Now I have to worry about retaliation." 36 of the 75 restricted countries are popular American expat destinations with accessible visa programs. These are countries Americans actually move to through remote work, passive income, and retirement visas. The reciprocity reality: Countries respond to restrictions by making things harder for citizens of the restricting country. US bans Country X's citizens → Country X retaliates against American visa applicants, residents, or workers. Retaliation: reciprocal visa restrictions (higher fees, more documentation), slower processing (8 months instead of 3), stricter approvals (denied for minor issues), banking complications, increased scrutiny. Who this hurts: Americans already living in affected countries: Your visa renewal comes up. The country was just insulted by your passport country. Think that renewal will be smooth? Americans planning to move: You've been building qualifying income, preparing documents. Now you're applying from a country that just banned theirs. Think that improves your odds? Americans considering leaving: 36 viable options just got complicated by diplomatic tension you didn't create. The American exceptionalism trap: "But I'm American, countries want us." No. Countries want tourists who spend money and leave. They tolerate immigrants who follow rules. When your passport country just restricted their citizens, you're a representative of the country that insulted them. What this looks like: Visa renewal: immigration officer processes extra slowly, requests additional documentation, creates bureaucratic friction. Visa application: stuck in processing, unexplained delays, takes 6 months longer than expected, or denied for ambiguous reasons. Already committed to moving: arrives planning to convert tourist visa to residency, discovers requirements changed or processing is 3x longer, stuck in limbo unable to work legally. The policy blindspot: US immigration restrictions assume Americans stay in America. But Americans ARE leaving. For safety, healthcare, education, cost of living. These restrictions harm those Americans by damaging relationships with countries they're trying to build lives in. Why timing matters: Planning to leave in 1-2 years? These restrictions are happening NOW. By the time you're ready to apply, retaliation may already be in place. Countries you were researching just got diplomatically complicated. Because your government created tension that will affect your application, processing, approval odds. Strategic response: Check the list: Is your target country among the 75? Have backup plans: 2-3 alternatives in case diplomatic tension makes primary option difficult. Accelerate or delay: Close to ready? Apply before retaliation escalates. Far from ready? Wait to see how situation evolves. Monitor policy changes: Do visa requirements change? Processing times increase? Approval rates drop? Consider non-restricted alternatives: 75 countries affected. Over 100 are NOT. The frustration: You left the US for various reasons. Built life elsewhere. Not involved in US politics anymore. But US policies follow you. Your passport country creates diplomatic problems that affect your residency, renewals, security. You can't escape consequences of US policy decisions by leaving geographically. Your passport ties you to those decisions and their repercussions. Comment: Are you affected by these restrictions? 🆘🇺🇸

Six green flags your relationship is great. If you’re new here, I’m Michael. I help you master your energy so you can up spiral your life. Follow me and comment Upspiral if this hits. Most people think a great relationship is about chemistry. It’s not. It’s about nervous system safety and secure attachment. Here are 6 real green flags: 1.	You can be uncool together. Weird, loud, awkward, fully yourself. No one’s trying to be impressive. That means you’ve dropped impression management and your body feels safe. 2.	Your worst fights become inside jokes. You argue, maybe even blow up, and later you’re laughing about it. That’s not dysfunction. That’s your nervous systems processing instead of storing pain. 3.	Their smell calms you down. Not cologne. Not perfume. Them. Your brain links their scent to safety, which triggers oxytocin and regulation. 4.	Touch isn’t a transaction. You can cuddle, hold hands, lean in… and it doesn’t have to lead anywhere. That’s what secure attachment feels like in the body. Touch means “I’m here,” not “perform.” 5.	You can tell the truth without rehearsing it. No scripting. No overthinking. You trust it will be received with care, not used against you. Your nervous system expects connection, not conflict. 6.	You actually like each other when nothing is happening. No plans. No stimulation. Just being together feels easy. That’s not boredom. That’s attachment stabilizing. All of this points to one thing: Safety. Safety is the foundation of long-term love. Everything else is built on top of that. If you don’t have this yet, it’s something you build in your body first. Comment Upspiral to lock this in. Like the video, follow me, and click the link in my bio to join my manifestation program. This is where we turn emotional safety into real-life results. Digital nomad visas get hyped as the easiest path to living abroad. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they're not. The marketing: work remotely, live anywhere, easy approval, nomad lifestyle freedom. The reality: strategic trade-offs that might disqualify them as your best option. Every disadvantage of digital nomad visa programs comes down to the same core issue: countries see them as temporary, not immigration pathways. Which means: No citizenship trajectory - Most digital nomad visas don't count years toward permanent residency or passport. You're there temporarily, indefinitely renewing, never actually immigrating. Family complications - Spouse/child sponsorship often restricted or impossible. Built for solo travelers, not families relocating together. Higher income thresholds - Countries consider remote work income "less stable" than passive/retirement income. So they require more of it to prove sustainability. DN visa might need $3k/month while passive income visa needs $1,200/month. Same country, different requirements. Tax ambiguity - DN visas exist in regulatory gray zones. Some countries don't tax you (but where ARE you tax resident then?). Some do. Some "it depends." Compliance gets messy fast. These aren't secrets. They're design features. Digital nomad visas are for people prioritizing: mobility, short-term flexibility, no long-term commitment. If you want: path to citizenship, family sponsorship, lower income requirements, clear tax status - passive income or retirement visas often work better. Understanding the disadvantages of digital nomad visa options helps you choose strategically instead of defaulting to what's trending. Link in bio for the free visa guide covering 11 visa types so you can compare what actually fits your situation. 🆘🇺🇸 #TikTokCreatorSearchInsightsIncentive

The logistical infrastructure that makes adult life work in America doesn’t automatically transfer when you move abroad, and most people don’t realize what breaks until they’re already gone and suddenly can’t access things they need. Your mail doesn’t forward itself indefinitely. Your phone number stops working the moment you cancel US service. Your financial accounts, utility logins, and streaming services detect you’re abroad and either lock you out or require verification you can’t provide without US presence. These aren’t hypothetical problems. These are “you’re abroad and suddenly can’t pay your credit card bill because the verification code went to address you no longer live at and phone number you no longer have” problems. The people who relocate smoothly set up systems before leaving that handle: mail management so important documents reach you, phone number continuity so two-factor authentication works, location masking so accounts don’t realize you’re accessing from abroad. The people who relocate messily spend first months abroad frantically trying to solve these problems while dealing with time zone differences, language barriers, and accounts that are now locked because suspicious activity flags triggered. This is difference between proactive setup and reactive problem-solving. Proactive happens while you’re still in US with easy access to everything. Reactive happens when you’re abroad at 3am trying to unlock account that needs verification you can’t provide. Most of these systems are cheap or free. They just require knowing they exist and setting them up before you need them. But if you don’t know what infrastructure you’re losing by leaving America, you can’t prepare alternatives. Watch video for specific solutions to specific problems that will absolutely come up if you don’t handle them in advance. Link in bio for comprehensive relocation prep that includes the boring logistics people forget about until they’re problems. What broke when you moved abroad that you didn’t expect? 🆘🇺🇸
